    Commissioned by the Boise Art Museum (ID) for the exhibition “John Grade: Sculpture and drawings” in 2004, the two Caudex sculptures are currently in the museum’s permanent collection. The horizontally oriented sculpture is 2 feet by 2 feet by 7 feet and made with stained wood and resin. The vertically oriented sculpture is 16 feet by 2 feet by 2 feet and is made with cross sections of bamboo and pigmented resin.
